What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Floor plans should be clear and legible. If you have multiple pages, please combine them into a single PDF.
How long does the analysis take?
We aim to deliver all reports within 48 business hours of receiving your floor plans and payment. Premium clients are prioritised.
Can I compare multiple floor plans?
Yes. You can upload up to 3 floor plans per order. We'll score each one individually and provide a comparative summary.
Are you affiliated with any developers or agents?
No. PlanScore is completely independent. We have no commercial relationships with developers, project marketers, or buyer's agents.
What if I have questions after receiving my report?
Basic and Pro clients can email us with follow-up questions. Premium clients receive a dedicated 20-minute consultation call.
Do you score off-the-plan apartments only?
While we specialise in off-the-plan apartments, we can assess any residential floor plan — including houses, townhouses, and existing properties.
